Trump is falling apart. He completely lost his stamina and edge. He was good at spewing semi-believable lies in the past, but now it's just crazy $hit coming out of his mouth that can't be interpreted as anything other than straight up lying and senility. Some Rs were on CNN earlier trying so hard to describe his rambling as some form of coherent policies and they just couldn't do it. It's that bad that you just can't connect anything to what he says.

Enthusiasm means squat if it doesn't generate actual votes. People generally forget the enormous, vociferous crowds and enthusiasm that Romney/Ryan generated in 2012--those two really thought they were going to pull off the upset.
Flip side: Anger and fear are huge motivators for voting, and Trump et al. are hugely successful at nurturing those. If Harris and Walz still see themselves as the underdogs, they're right.
