I think IAAF could do a lot more to be transparent. Remember how Coe initially reacted to reports from Seppelt? There may not be a vast conspiracy but my impression is that IAAF and WADA only look to make incremental improvements in the future and not rock the boat too much, they Ido that so that they can continue to market the sport. They don't have much interest in looking back and we are unlikely to learn any more about the past 20 years. Ashenden and others disagreed about what is possible but decided to move on. I do t think we will hear Coe and others advocating for the release of the Puerto bags.

The way my list is developing...I see a trend for the list becoming about 99.797% Irish people by the end of the year.

I know you don't. That "theory" explains a lot of occurrences that you treat as coincidences, so you see no need for such a theory (I'd call that observation, but ok).
It also explains why the IAAF preferred to investigate itself rather than asking for an independent review, and why the IAAF then wrote its own report with this special tone that even you, larkimm, criticized.
btw, you have never mentioned how you view Coe's self-contradicting remarks about him
a) of course not knowing anything about all the cover-ups, corruption and destroyed samples
