Agreed. Every intelligence agency in the United States agreed the Russians meddled in the election, but Trump won't enforce the sanctions passed with support from both the left and right.

I guess they feel that all US intelligence agencies are DEEP STATE out to get Trump. The liberals, US intelligence, the mainstream media and DEEP STATE are all conspiring against the Trump administration. Everyone is lying except Trump, he is such a victim. Only Trump can be believed.

Referring to yourself in the third person creates distance between "I" and "he." So if you have an exaggerated view of how great you are, you could be using this distance to make yourself even bigger. Also, the third person is how a person indicates that the topic is not open for debate.
