She’s at least 5’6” and he’s at least 5’10, likely closer to 5’11”. Their zwift weights are wildly inaccurate. That would put Megan at a BMI of 16.1, come on.

This is where I really started to doubt their credibility. For one, David admitted in one of his podcasts he’d only read the abstract of a white paper, yet still expressed strong opinions about the science. He also claimed to be fairly anti–strength training, only to later release a strength-training video (with, frankly, terrible form). There’s also a strong appearance of confirmation bias in the research they choose to review. And let’s not forget their compassion and gushing excitement over known drug cheats finding success after returning to sport. Recently, I felt like they more excited about Shelby's trail run than Molly's course record...and it was really irritating.

But are we really surprised that a guy with no track record who claims to have been training in "around sub 4:00/min per mile shape at altitude" and his wife who claims he could be "around 2:10 in the marathon" would exaggerate their numbers?
