Drumpf: "When you ran out the healthy arms, you ran out of really healthy— they had great arms but they ran out. It’s called sports. It’s called baseball in particular and pitchers I guess you could say, really particular"
The billionaire soon after added, “Navarro should ask the fake expert he invented, Ron Vara” — a reference to the unfortunate fact that Navarro invented a fictional expert whom he quoted in his books in support of his ideas. (“Ron Vara” in an anagram for “Navarro.”) Asked about the dispute, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters, “Boys will be boys.” The problem with the assessment, however, is that Musk and Navarro are grown men with incredibly powerful and influential jobs, helping steer a radical policy agenda that is shaping global events. Their dispute, in other words, is not the stuff of playgrounds.

Who cares? He’s entitled to fire people he doesn’t view as sufficiently loyal.
There is a reason govt officials pledge an oath of loyalty to the constitution and not a person. It is a wonderful field of study for you when you have time.
But in the case of McFarland it takes this even further. To work in the federal government Trump wants you to believe and regurgitate the big lie for him. He wants all to rewrite history and whitewash Trump's traitorous actions as patriotic in a rigged election
If you want to live in that make believe world, have at it.
The people voted for the president not McFarland or any other bureaucrat.
You don't give a damn about the constitution and you have zero problem with loyalty when your cult is involved.

It's a little insulting/condescending to her viewers for her to EXPLAIN to them why "Boys will be boys" is bad and absurd in a hundred ways. I'd think that most self-respecting viewers would leave that explanation thinking, "Gee, thanks, Rachel, for explaining that to me."
What they (and certainly I) might prefer is for Maddow to simply rip on Leavitt herself. Who is - in a deep, deep field - now near the tippy-top of the list of Trumpers that I find particularly detestable.

PERFECTLY contradictory, and PERFECTLY supports his point. Good job, f*** boy!
Extrapolating less-than-3 months to 4 years is a scary thing.
Always searching for silver linings, one at least has:
1) Tens of millions of people will get EXACTLY what they deserve from their vote last Nov.
2) THEORETICALLY lower chance of Rs winning in 2026.
3) THEORETICALLY lower chance of a Trump clone (or R of any kind) winning in 2028.
You might assume that but for MAGA supporters, what they genuinely seem to relish is the suffering of those they don't like.
They will eat dog food each day if it means their perceived "enemies"—like immigrants, single mothers, people of color, college students, and transgender individuals—are forced to eat kibble.
The only time MAGA followers might reconsider their loyalty to Trump is if they feel that the groups they resent are experiencing hardships at a slower pace than their own.
This is why the incessant posting about various culture war issues is so prevalent in their circles. It's a move to constantly reinforce the idea that there are those out that are being made to suffer socially more acutely than they are economically . And they love that!
“Dear MAGA voter, that iphone you are reading this post on wasn’t made in USA, neither was most of the truck you drove to work today. Guess what? it never will be and that was ok because a global economy made our GDP 26% of the entire world’s and equal to $30.34 trillion. That’s a big enough piece of the pie to makes us very wealthy, especially when the pie kept getting bigger. It also shared the wealth which is important as you will soon learn. I get it, these are hard lessons, especially when you felt like the good guys because your bigotry and ignorance has been rewarded by MAGA. But it was a ruse and a con designed to make you FEEL like Trump had your back. He did not, neither did Musk. Neither did Fox News. They were playing you and you ate it up. Stay full. The next few years are gonna be rough and many of you may never recover financially, but that’s ok, don’t worry. Trump and his kids will never go broke and they might let your kids mow his lawn someday or take out their trash. Enjoy it. You earned it, well done”

US treasuries losing their status as a safe haven is much worse than what's happening to the stock market.

Do you say that based on that time that Biden had his girlfriend recommend firing NSC staff based on a perceived lack of loyalty to him?
Former President Donald Trump called for the termination of the Constitution to overturn the 2020 election and reinstate him to power Saturday in a continuation of his election denialism and pushing of fringe conspiracy theor...
It's the same data. You have no idea what you're looking at.
Please explain it then. You keep saying I have no idea what it means. If you understand it, then tell us what it means. Otherwise we’ll just chalk this up to another example you be being confident and wrong.
