In which we remember the endless firings in Trump 1 as anyone with any honor or expertise was systematically eliminated in favor of weaker and weaker and ever more degenerate. McFarland was hired in March and fired in April.
McFarland was fired because she said a basic truth: Russia interfered in the 2016 election on behalf of DJT.

K. T. McFarland is asked to step down as Deputy National Security Adviser
Who cares? He’s entitled to fire people he doesn’t view as sufficiently loyal.

Robert Mueller said Russia DID NOT interfere in the election.

The precedent you want is that federal employees have loyalty to the President and not to the law. You want an absolute monarch.

There is a reason govt officials pledge an oath of loyalty to the constitution and not a person. It is a wonderful field of study for you when you have time.
But in the case of McFarland it takes this even further. To work in the federal government Trump wants you to believe and regurgitate the big lie for him. He wants all to rewrite history and whitewash Trump's traitorous actions as patriotic in a rigged election
If you want to live in that make believe world, have at it.
Hey Trumpers. Do you believe what Trump is telling you here?
(Hint: it Includes the word Sir. Not once but twice)
Trump: “I’m telling you, these countries are calling us up, kissing my azz. They are dying to make a deal. ‘Please, please, Sir, make a deal. I’ll do anything. I’ll do anything, sir.”
this is a lie. You know it is a lie. And therefore you are a troll desperate for attention.
Robert Mueller emphatically said NO CONSPIRACY - NO COLLUSION. It is you who is the troll. Shame on you.
WASHINGTON (AP) — Special counsel Robert Mueller spent 22 months examining whether Donald Trump’s campaign conspired with Russia to sway the 2016 election. His conclusion? No collusion.
Barr quoted Mueller's report, which he said stated: "(T)he investigation did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities."
Barr is a fat liar and mislead the people about the conclusions
“The report states that Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election was illegal and occurred "in sweeping and systematic fashion" and was welcomed by the Trump campaign as it expected to benefit from such efforts. It also identified multiple links between Trump associates and Russian officials and spies, about which several persons connected to the campaign made false statements and obstructed investigations”

Yes. That is what he stated. And SV also started the process by actually trying to answer the question (albeit without evidence).
There is a lot more to this, and I don’t see a ton of value in revisiting all of it. But at least work on what’s right if you want to claim victory.
Let’s say Djibouti or Canada interfered to get Biden elected. Would the Biden campaign have to collude with one of those nations for interference to occur? I’m going with a no. So if someone claims Russia interfered, would there have to be collusion from the Trump campaign for Russia to have interfered? Same answer: No.
I’m not saying I believe Russia necessarily interfered, and I certainly am not saying I see strong evidence of that.
But if you want to act like you’re refuting somebody, then refute the point they make, not a different point.
So you might actually have a good follow-up to the actual charge that was leveled. If so, by all means, proceed with it.

Congress is getting WAY too much of a pass on this. The question for Americans, the world, and history: "So, Congress can/could stop it, and they didn't do/are doing a thing? They simply stood by and let a massively ignorant and vain man rip apart the American and world economy?"
Yes.
Just like every other Trump abomination they failed to reign in.

Extrapolating less-than-3 months to 4 years is a scary thing.

Don’t change the argument, though.
Robert Mueller said "collusion" is not a legal term. Conspiracy/conspired is what you are looking for.
“Americans are surprised to see the stock market going down while yields on long term bonds are going up.
We Italians are world wide experts in this topic!
Long story short, it means investors don’t want to touch anything that’s associated with your country.”
I wouldn’t say we’d necessarily face the scenario implied here (Italy), but the “don’t want to touch anything …” point seems to hold (enormous move of $ to the sidelines … the markets loathe chaos, etc.).
For those who think that Wall Street isn’t Main Street in economics, you could imagine what might cause Microsoft to make decisions about building data centers in OH, or you could ask Sen. McCormick how and why ordinary Americans receive pension checks.
Trump's dumb, but he's not THIS dumb, right? When Musk calls Navarro an idiot on tariffs, Trump knows exactly what he's also saying about Donny, right ??
