Yeah, what about all of the running he's been doing? running 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day, even jogging, has to amount to 80-100 miles per week? That sounds like he's been building a serious base before he goes into his interval phase. But, of course, if he hasn't gotten his weight down into the low 150's, it's all in vain. Not even the great Rono can seriously compete at 165 lbs.
Do you know these mileage are sitting in my tendons and bones ifnot vains and muscles in the in my blood and you know I'm in 6000 ft high altitude all the necessary treatment I got.Unlike my years of WSU training plans.
Today we were talking with the journalist form Oslo,what could have been my times if I was not abusing my body on those years(1978-84).I got have ran under 27 minutes for 10k,under 8 minutes for steeple,under 7:30 minutes for 3k,under 13 minutes for 5k.
My body has to under go revolution to achieve your objectives of today running right!Don't look at me as if I'm wierd by putting in alot of mileages in this body that it feels like rock.
