It's not 1 in 300 it's 1 in 300 in that study which included only infected people. If you add the uninfected that 1 in 300 becomes a ridiculously small number.

The measles vaccine is not at all similar to the mRNA covid jab.
No refuting the facts presented. Covid vaccine is effective at preventing severe disease. It is why the pandemic ended. Measles and Polio vaccines are more effective in that they have eradicated the diseases. They are only coming beck due to science deniers who refuse the vaccines.
