Look at the men's program lately. (It has been well documented on an earlier thread)
I've been told and put under the impression that Walsh was actually the women's coach and Jill catered to their emotional needs (under Steve's direction) and held their spikes. I would assume the women's program will be fine.

Hoyt is not leaving UCLA. He has three studs recruits coming in this year.
Walsh has some issues. Verbally abused a couple national class runners...booted them off the team and lost two NCAA appeals (then one more the next year). cant believe he has hung on as long as he has. Hired his girlfriend as assistant coach...good thing coaches work at universities...if they did this any other place, they would be out of a job
