Dhruvil Patel's father passed away unexpectedly when he was a Freshman in high school. Running became a refuge for him to cope with the loss of his father. Dhruvil is a class act on the course and off, and were he alive, his father's pride would know no bounds. You can't even stand in Dhruvil's shadow. As far as trolls and LetsRun edgelords go, could you be any more low effort and no class?

I'm still waiting for my dad to come back with the milk he went out to buy thirteen years ago. He's probably waiting in line at the store with Dhruvil's dad.

had to do a double take when I saw that "North Central College" got 4th

I thought the competition would’ve fallen off after last year’s senior class graduated, but the Louisville results show that D3 still packs a punch!

Goshen Elementary with the fast 8:33 average, holds off a late charge from Lowe and Harmony. Can’t wait for nationals!

Watson runs 24:15 all by himself...old course record was 24:54.

Any other news on flotracks top 10 that they don't bother to change for D3

Anybody have any idea what happened to LAX? Were they short some runners? Or were they just hit by the conditions a little harder than everyone else? #5 getting beaten by #9, 14, 11, 16, and 23.

On the same note, Johns Hopkins and Otterbein with some very impressing running. Close packs up front really gave NCC a run for their money with the top 7 they put together. The Blue Race was an eye opener as well.

Look you are sleeping the U of C Santa Cruz banana slugs. Our team is super fit. We are the fittest team. It doesn't show up in our results because we are on a whole 'nother fit dimension. We are playing fit 3-d chess while the rest of the D3 are playing fit checkers. We are the fittest of the fit, no one is even close to having as much fitness as our fitness. David Kleich is the fit master and the fitness of this team shows how good he is at making fit runners fitter until they are the fittest. Paul Colosi - fit. Hayden Johnson - fit. Kellen O'Neill - fit. Pablo Cortes - fit. Perry Winsor - fit. Luke trefecanty - fit. Nick Kleiber - fit. Everyone on our team is fit as ****** because we are the fittest team, we are fitter than all the fit teams, not to even mention the unfit teams. We have been training our fitness to be the fittest and now we are the fittest. You thought Darren Lau was fit? We are fitter. You thought Woody "Kinky" Kincaid is fit? We are fitter. You thought Asbel Kiprop was fit? We are fitter. We are on a fitness level D3 has never even seem because we are fitter than anyone ever has ever had fitness. But don't worry about our fitness level. We will come down to D3 fitness for natty's and be the fittest of all the teams then return to our fitness ascension to join the fitness gods like Jakob Ingebritsen, Lance Armstrong, Mike Phelps, and Michael Jordan. Don't ******* with our fitness, we are the fittest.

What did you find interesting about the Blue Race? St. Francis looked pretty good against NCC's blue team who looked good themselves. I think St. Francis is ranked fourth in NAIA. Plucky performance. NCC being notorious for their deep stable of runners, I wasn't surprised to see them win the blue race, but the times were faster than I expected. Three in the high 24s, almost four, and it wasn't a short course.
