800- McBride, Harris, Walker, Brazier, Heppenstall, Rutto

1500- Murphy, Wynne, Haney, Kidder, Engels, Yorks

5000- Curtin, Cheserek, McGorty, Kincaid, Knight, Awad

FYI I'm going to try to be giving updates during the 1500 and 5k later on tonight. For those that are relying on this thread for updates, this is the structure Im planning on copying/pasting to relay updates to yall:

Split: (Will be 400m splits or 300m for the first lap of 15 and 200m for first lap of 5k, and will be calculated simply using split on my phone. Will also be leader to leader)

Houston was mentioned during the anchor leg. And Blake ended up walking it off within 3 seconds

How do you know he walked it off? The last thing they showed was him putting his hands over his face and storming off the track.

IYorks just said he won't let it go slow. Let's see if he's got balls.
