Tuesday 5 miles recovery @ (7:24)
Wednesday 6x1k with equal rest.
2:58, 2:57, 3:02, 2:58, 3:03 (grass), 3:01 (grass).
Nighttime shake out run 2.5 @ (7:20)
Thursday AM 4.5 miles @ (7:53)
PM 8 miles @ (7:20) + 4 strides
Friday Only 3 miles @ 7:30ish pace :(
Saturday AM (actullly afternoon lol) 400m time trial on the track. 51.6
PM easy shakeout 3 miles (7:30)
Week total: 59 miles
Sprint ladder was fun. The 200m killed me. I felt really good on those 1ks so I'm happy about that. The 400m time trial could have went better but my 400m speed is a lot better at this time of the year than it was last year so no real complaints.
