oh man I just tossed out a 1990 QB Eagles jersey while cleaning out a forgotten storage unit. Horrible decision. Might have to follow the garbage truck on it's route to find out whre it went and reclaim that sucka. Chicks dig QB Eagles.

INCREDIBLE.
I remember this guy from years ago and he holds up as one of the most utterly narcissistic posters I've seen in 18yrs on letrsun.
The sheer volume of inane, pointless videos he has uploaded and the amount of time he spent uploading them is mindboggling.

Ok now just thought about it and based on my calculations and on how powerful im getting all naturally and how hott im getting all naturally i know have made up my mind that im going to be trying out for the olympics in 2016 in the 400 meter dash..
According to my calculations this is what i came up with..
best time this year is 53.78 so far.. BUT,, have potential to run 52.4 right now based on my 4 by 200 workout,, just havent had a really good sunny and warm day out lately to run it.
now since im at 52.4 right now and its going to get too cold out to train all the time,, i have come to the conclusion that instead of just completely going back into my winter
program of heavy powerlifting and trying to gain weight and getting up to 225 to 230lbs.. I am now going to wtch my weight.
I dont need to get to 230 this winter.. illl be good at 223lbs.. or 225lbs..
another thing. ... I am now for the first time since 1999 going to train in the winter on the track doing my same workouts when its warm out
because everyone knows that we will have warm days even in the winter
therefore seeing that ill be doing that in the winter im now doing my calculations,.
at the rate that im improving now at this weight, if i gave myself another month i would be down to 51.2 in the 400 meter dash..
But seeing that its going to be too cold then this is what im going to do.
IM going to get a HUGE HEAD START ON NEXT YEAR..ill be already running 53 by the time june comes around.. and then ill proceed to get to 48.9...
thats for next year..
wait it gets better
ill run 48.9 at around 207lbs..
just that 5lb reduction in weight combined with all the workouts im doing this winter will get me there
now for 2015 im going to go ahead and again train in the winter for track...
then im going to get stronger, and hotter on a side note..
then for 2015 my goal is going to be a 47.1 .... which is going to be good enough improvement for that year..
my weight for 2015 will be 201.... that 6 lbs is really going to do it combined again with the winter workouts..
now it gets even better..
because for 2016 im going to continue to train in the winter and do my extremely tough 4 by 200s with the same rest period so i can calculate everything to the exact measurements,,,
now for 2016 im only going to go for a 45.4 and thats going to be good enough to give me a good chance of getting into the olympics...
now on a side note i need blocks..
Therefore if anyone knows of any blocks that stay on the track when the person starts without having someone else to stand on the blocks for them then
LET ME KNOW, BECAUSE I CANT FIND THEM ANYWHERE! i need starting blocks that stay on the track somehow without the use of a second person to stand on the blocks to hold them down...
Was that abundantly clear or do i have to go into more detail?
Quoted above is arguably the best post on this thread.
In 2013 he had roughly 3700 videos uploaded. He appears to have deleted most of those and unfortunately now only has a few hundred. If only the past could continue to inform us.

I recently checked my Washington Mutual statements and realized that I"M THE RICHEST EARLY MIDDLE AGED BALD ALBANIAN in SKOKIE, ILLINOIS! Although my investments to date have for the most part have been poor (Enron, Blockbuster, etc.) I struck gold this year on the 1987 Donruss set. Bought for $35, it has A MIDDLE-AGE ADJUSTED NOSTALGIC VALUE OF $6,000.!!! And I only bought it for the bubble gum. It's so hard to invest WITH SO LITTLE MONEY, but I've spent years verifying it and I am the RICHEST POOR MIDDLE AGED BALD ALBANIAN IN NORTHERN ILLINOIS!
the stats:
Net worth 2009: $801
2010: $779
2011: $69 (….Meth)
2012: $ 81 (….no Meth!)
2013: $40..(…some Meth)
2014: $61 (sold Bo Jackson Rookie Card! )
I can't believe it! I've been trying so hard for so long and THIS IS THE YEAR I GET THE BO MUTHA F'n Jackson Rookie CARD! Near Mint…..at least!, with potential for GEM MINT GRADING! in the future.
Oh man LIFE IS CRAZY!
Just saw this bumped thread...ROTFLMAO! The bald Albanian in Skokie nailed it! IMO one of the best-ever posts on LR
Thanks man—we need updates on your net worth!!
10-yd PB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This thread has to be a joke, but it’s a good one.
Does nobody realise the man is mentally ill?
Absolutely! And funny as hell!

Yeah, not cool.
He’s a complete whack-job, and it’s funny as fvck!
I think he feels great about himself—big, fast, “hot”????
Which is precisely what makes it funny. His “mental illness” is more precisely and profitably characterized as “being a loser”.
Do I feel sorry for him? Hell no! He’s big, fast, ripped, hot, probably a billionaire astrophysicist Nureyev, too. Does he need help? Hell no! He’s a paragon of social virtue.
I’m the one who needs help, because I’m dying laughing. Somebody find this guy, and also the bald Albanian from Skokie! LMAO
As an assistant football coach, that 10m work is impressive, especially at that height and weight. It's really too bad he didn't grow up playing football because he would be a scary linebacker.
OP, did you play football growing up?

SUPER HOT ON LETS RUN: Chubby runner prides self on fast 400!
Except 53 sec is a pretty weak 400 for an adult who seems to pride himself as some kind of 400m runner.
Yikes. The fear of inadequacy is palpable.

If that's a raw video, that guy is quick. Straight up. He's super quick for his build

You guys (rightfully) criticize xfit.
Lets at least give some credit to someone motivated by performance. He didn't claim to be anywhere near elite at running, and there have been many old threads with distance guys admitting that they can't break 70s for 400.
I give credit for enthusiasm and the fact that he backed it up in advance with a video.
This was before he started claiming it as the world height weight world record.
