Here's how the idea that the cops had been to his house multiple times previously.

He had a party, a woman was asked to leave, as she was leaving she got her foot caught in a door, and a board or something fell on her leg. She claimed action for that. Police investigated and determined that she was the problem and that there was nothing worth citing Oscar for.

That's it.

There is no record of police coming to the house because Reeva and Oscar were constantly arguing type profile.

to think that she should have run out of the house is completely ridiculous. also, to think that she wasn't in fear because she had an empty bladder also is ridiculous. the bullet wounds indicate that she was covering herself and in complete fear.

there are 2 witnesses who say they heard them arguing. they may have heard something else or may be making it up but there are in fact 2 independent witnesses who have stated that they heard arguing. you might not like that fact but to dismiss that fact because it has "not been established yet" also is ridiculous. NOTHING has been established yet because this is just a bail hearing with 2 sides issuing self-serving statements. again, learn how the legal process works.

This particular twitter feed is set up to only show tweets of major accredited journalists - in the chambers covering the hearing - word for word:

you really are an idiot. that twitter feed does NOT show what was stated in court "word-for-word." it merely is retweets of what self-professed "unbiased" journalists have reported what was happening at the proceeding. there's nothing word-for-word about it and it is a secondary source just like nearly everything else out there. the fact that you believe that this is the single best source of purely unbiased reporting shows how completely clueless you are.

you also haven't cleared up anything that i "totally screwed up." again, are you like totally 12 years old?

Okay some interesting items seemingly cleared up, and some new questions.

(Disclaimer, I've read through both threads and all the major UK/RSA/USA news sources on this...but was speed reading sometimes, and in some cases gave up on articles that were written poorly).

1. SA journalists seem to think that the charges will be backed down one level -- and that Oscar will likely get bail tomorrow.

2. They were in sleeping clothes*.

3. Her bladder was empty. This could be a factor in a few ways. It supports that she may have gone to the bathroom as Oscar realized in hindsight.

4. Botha (prosecution witness, officer on scene) admitted that Oscar could have heard noise in bathroom from the balcony.

5. Oscar's house was being painted; which was why ladders left out were a concern to him. Ladders were not left under balcony.

6. Her bladder was empty. This could mean...simply that she had nothing in her bladder. Had emptied her bladder and made a noise opening toilet window - which startled Oscar...because he could hear it, but not see around corner.

7. Her bladder was empty, because she had peed before they argued....if they argued.

8. Her bladder was emptied because she had just peed and then heard Oscar yell to intruders to get out, and for her to call police.

9. She was shot with her pajama pants up. Bullet hole in her waist. So, either she peed, heard commotion, pulled pants up...or something else.

10. Some talk that if he had just shot through the door he would have hit toilet...and not hit her because evidently she was sitting at an angle or the way the door was located in relation to the toilet. Got re-read that stuff.

-She could have been hiding herself because of fear of intruders.

-She could have been hiding herself because of fear of him with a gun.

11. Botha admitted that the bedroom was pitch black with blinds and curtains closed.

12. Botha was forced to admit that it wasn't steroids, and it wasn't testosterone, it was a legal herbal remedy.

13. "Witness" that heard arguing Botha first said was "600meters" away, and then later recanted and said maybe "300meters" away.

14. I think the same witness said they heard "8 shots," when there were four.

15. Some mentions by journalists that certainly the prosecution will be holding some things back for trial.

As far as what the witness/es heard/saw, that is going to be kind of difficult...300meters away? That time of night...who checks their watch, clock, etc. it is going to be reminiscent of the OJ trial there.

During the dark, early hours which people tend to call night, Oscar and Reeva held each other in sleep. When one would roll over, the other would follow suit and slide their arm around. How could she do this? Oscar repeated to himself. His mind would not allow the yells and screams to enter beyond the wall of his thoughts. How could she do this? He crouched down to the floor and pulled a handgun from under the bed. This will do it. This will make sure I never get hurt like this again.

Oscar walked calmly to the bathroom door and didn’t bother with it. He pulled the trigger four times and it was as though he knew exactly where she sat, screaming his name over and over. But he heard her no more and when he heard silence from her the thoughts in his mind ceased.

That's a weird one. But on the other hand if you are trying to cover your tracks, why do you leave the gun on the bathroom floor with 2 telephones?

It sounds like chaos. He struggled to get her out of the privy, then wrapped her in towels, things could have gotten thrown around in the chaos.

OR, he shot her once, she closed the door, he shot 3 more times?

I don't know. I think there is a lot we do not know. Some may be knowable and some may not.

As to the shell casings, it appears the information is agreed by the defense and prosecution that there were 4 shots. I thought they said 1 casing found in the bedroom (which based on floor plan, if he was was at doorway to bathroom when firing it could have ejected to right about 6-8 ft from where fired) and 2 casings in the bathroom (which makes sense if fired inside bathroom and ejected there probably bounced off walls). Defense says 1 casing in toilet - that is where we just do not know enough about the layout, where the shot was fired, the door, etc. - could just be the shell ejected onto OP's clothing and fell into the toilet when he broke the door down, could be it ricocheted, could be he fired inside the toilet area, could be police moving evidence, could be many things.

i would wait for a ballistics expert - which I am not - to opine as to whether anything significant can be determined from any of this other than it appears there were 4 shots

seems people are getting caught up in the minutiae trying to latch onto something that will explain it all, I suggest that will never come to anyone's satisfaction, and at the end of everything a judge will have to make a call on whether OP is believable or not beyond whatever legal standard applies

please direct me to the section in the article you cited that says that your twitter feed is following the court room proceedings "word-for-word." i'll save you the time and tell you that the twitter feed merely is a secondary source that various reporters were tweeting to. so, yes, if you have to get secondary reports real time, then that's your best source. however, that hardly is "word-for-word" reporting of the proceedings and hardly is "unbiased" as you ranted earlier. i know these concepts likely are flying over your head but please attempt to learn what they mean.
