Do they need to wait until official, to put NR next to Nico's time?
Fisher and Nico 2-3 at Worlds? What a world we live in.
Sorry Cooper but you are not making the team this year 🙁

I get you ready for the 5000 here:
PS. We'll do a live reaction show when the meet is over at 4 pm ET.
PPS. If Nico breaks the world record, we will go live immediately.
Will Nico medal in the 5000 at worlds?
As Rojo would say, this is bad news for Grant Fisher's medal chances

Face it. In this day and age if u r slower than 1255 u r a hobby jogger
How fast was Nicos last 200m 400m 800m?
Like 2-3 years ago people were discussing if Nico Young would even be able to go sub 4 in a mile or sub 1:55 in an 800m and now he has one of the best kicks in the distance crowd.

Nah, you can't count indoor times for the national record. Indoors, on the magic track, is a different sport

Too late to Steeplechase?
I really hope Nico does NOT do the 10,000. He could get silver in the 5,000 and who even knows about Jakob, too. I much prefer his chances at 5,000, an event he's better at and the World is worse at.
Wait, so Nico's 12:45 is a NR right?
Grant's 12:46.96 from Brussels is listed as the current NR. But the Diamond League results are simply listing Nico's time as a PB

no, he got the AR
We now have *three* Americans under 12:50 this year!
I was feeling depressed about GST, but I'm feeling much better now!
Congratulations, Nico!

Grant's record is from indoors ~12:44.0
