prostate issues are a regular thing among old men for a long time. are we seriously saying it's now a vaccine thing? then you're not an old man or don't know any. about every old man i know has had "something," cancer, flow issues, etc. it's called old age.
along those lines, i would not assume he sandbagged us. many old people are not eager to see doctors, are scared of dying, and are getting too used to bodily malfunction. i have had 2 now deceased relatives try and tell me not to call 911 for their heart attacks. i had another relative die of covid in his recliner because he didn't want to believe it was happening, even as his brother was on the phone saying call an ambulance.
i do believe biden's people were very happy to try and shut trapper up with that bad publicity, and raced right out to find the reporters when they found out. and i do think they sandbagged us on his health during the election buildup, but the man also eventually quit and someone else ran for president.

Patients need patient privacy. Without it you're not going to talk openly with a doctor, are you? Especially about something like prostate symptoms. That's a sensitive topic, something you might put off talking to the doctor about until after you've left office. In this case, that patient was unlucky that those symptoms were tied to a particularly aggressive cancer and that that decision to wait may now cost him his life.
But the real problem is the lack of medical privacy afforded to presidents & presidential candidates. It was reckless for George W. Bush to release his medical records, and it was reckless for every other candidate who has done it since, and it was even more reckless and negligent for their doctors to go along with that. The doctors should have known better. Patient privacy matters.

It's absurd to assert that the president should have the same levels of privacy as random citizens.
If it impacts job performance the people have a right to know. If you want privacy you can call it a "medical condition" and leave out the details but lying about the man being fit for office is scandalous and people should be held accountable.
Some strange dynamics going on. You have a few left wing outlets throwing Biden under the bus. Now Trump just came out and defended Joe by saying that he didn’t know what was happening with the open borders.
The way Biden's staffers covered up his condition was very skillful, because they put their fingers in the dikes every time that leaks have sprung here and sprung there.
Biden did have some basal cell carcinoma removed in 2022, so he was again speaking the truth. But as he usually does he exaggerated the seriousness. Much like the Beau died in Iraq quote which forced you to connect the dots back to exposure to chemicals which may or may not have caused it. Then he blamed his own skin cancer on the oil refineries and steel mills in Delaware instead of excessive exposure to the sun. There is often a thread of truth in his ramblings, but normally he is trying to hype of some strange angle that the man in the street cannot see without having it translated from Bidenese to English.
