Vestri doing great for not training at altitude.
She trains in Boone which is around 3300ft. Wonder if that’s enough for some adaptations but obviously easier to recover than someone in Flagstaff or Boulder. Although she has mentioned she is going to start doing Flagstaff stints soon.
Anyway..HELL YEAH MANTZ!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen him look so good. I didn’t expect him to have that kick and I am surprised Klecker wasn’t in it.

Surprised Morgan and Morgan ran faster than Klecker. I would've thought Aussie Morgan would be the 3rd given his back injury, and Klecker would be the fastest of the 3
