Its because all the US care about is profit and making money on humans, literally everything else is an afterthought. Race stats, UI, visual appeal decisions all made in moments rather than what actually would be beneficial.

I will be pretty shocked if these guys don’t start to really slow down soon. All of them. That pacing for the first half was a terrible idea. None of these guys is a sub 2:01 marathoner. This could get messy at 35K.
