Anyone with “Honest” in their username should only be allowed to post once every fifth month so that their unrepentant anger won’t bring everyone down.

If and when the opportunity presents itself, I look forward to a defendant(s)? using free speech as a defence for remarks which can easily be proven as harassment.

I think many of the posts aimed at you could be considered mean-spirited, but you need to recognize that there is a level of teenage testosterone and juvenile humor that gets amplified on LRC that might better explain any personal attacks. You shouldn’t take it personal and also realize by exposing many aspects of your life online opens you up to some of these types of reactions.

Of course it would be a civil case. Courts may or may not take all kinds of cases but Teasle is telling us here that his lawsuit is a frivolous one as he does not take the posters seriously so he has now forfeited a right to have a trial. The case would be dismissed as he has acknowledged it is not serious.
