It’s shameful how many people believe a rape and doping claim from a poorly spoken unreputable person, while ignoring the words of someone they initially said was a victim as well. Especially when she provides hard evidence in the form of clean tests and fast times and is willing to go on TV to tell her truth. Joining the mob against the Johnsons would be her most profitable move. So why hasn’t she? Because she values the truth and stands by it. One day people will listen, but probably not until this whole thing is a Netflix series.

No one can know whether a case is going to be dismissed before it happens and the claims made in that lawsuit would require discovery and a summary judgment to get dismissed at the soonest, which would take likely over a year and many depositions etc. That complaint isn’t getting dismissed on a 12b6 motion. Your continued baseless assertions are getting incredibly old.

With most endorsement deals there is some sort of announcement/press release, even if the exact terms are not disclosed. Most people just don't pay attention. After all, it's about generating publicity for the company and the athlete. Why would either party want to keep it a secret?

I honestly do not believe she will get a lucrative contract given the controversy surrounding her at this time. It will be way less than anyone thinks with certainly some indemnity to the shoe company in case of a positive doping test.
