The GOP is clearly celebrating. They were worried and upset when gas prices were going down. They (not even secretly) cheer when prices rise.
Your second point is nonsense. Inflation is a world-wide issue. Many countries have it worse. Making stupid instagram and twitter memes isn't "acknowledging the problem". it's trying to score political points. Like the GOP candidate for Gov in my state. She has been blaming the Dem Gov for high gas prices. However, every red state nearby has high gas prices. It's almost like there are other factors. Only a fool think it is solely the dems fault.....So I ask you. Are you a fool or a liar???
Additionally, I would argue the pre-pandemic pricing relied on a cheap unsustainable labor market that doesn't exist.

Oz's argument is that abortion laws should reside at the state level, not federal level. Throughout history, people have held different beliefs about when it is and isn't acceptable to terminate a human life. Some cultures believe that life starts at conception, while others would regularly perform human sacrifice or infanticide. Having the control over abortion rights reside at the state level rather than at the federal level is a reasonable solution to this age-old conundrum. If you believe that there should be no restrictions on abortion, then you are free to live in a state that has laws that reflect those values. If your belief is that abortion should be limited to rape, incest and when the life of the mother is at stake, then you are free to live in a state with laws that reflects those values.
