I just want to highlight how CRAPPY of a post this is. This user should be BANNED.

We have an entire day of sprint prelims , taking 5 minutes between each section of the sprints. And you complain about one a 28 min race where 10 guys break the old meet record and comes down a to sprint finish with 8 people in it until the end? If you can't get excited for that, go watch another sport.

NOT TO MENTION this 28 min race is the only break the sprinters get before the 4x4. Get rid of the 10k and the 4x4 is a disaster with athletes blowing up and getting hurt.

The race was fantastic, in the little time they lets us watch it. The announcers and the coverage were horrible,

Dever & Hicks just ran faster than Scott & Farah did a few days back - -Great Britain has a couple of future stars in the making.

Agreed, Rojo ban that Mofo for life. There is such history in the 10k why any running fan would want to get rid of it cannot be a fan of the sport.

Stones and Dan shouldn't announce anything, much less a distance race. It's a bummer McDonnell is no longer with us, but good thing for Stones and Dan - they could only talk about the weather for 5 or 6 minutes.

Really, I like a good 10k—I loved watching Jeilan, but I hated Farah—I just want to be able to watch the whole thing and see how it develops.

This seemed interminable, and totally flat, even though it was fast.

ESPN needs to hire announcers who know what they're doing. Good lord.
