The Second Amendment is the greatest law ever written, to be honored and protected like none other. The People can never allow a court case to set precedent nor ever give an inch to those who want to regulate guns, or in any way pollute those very simple words.
Yeah, because the greatest of anything is usually second.
Actually no. Here is the lineup of the first 6 hitters of the infamous Murderer's Row.
1927 team lineup: Earle Combs, Mark Koenig, Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Bob Meusel, and Tony Lazzeri.
Obviously, Mark Koenig was not the greatest hitter.
Good luck trying to fill your gulag with 100% of the real men opposing you.
If Dems/Libs had won the presidency, House and Senate and controlled the SC, that 1st amendment is out the window. If they had the power gulags are back and there would be a Truth Dept. monitoring free speech.
Back in reality land, Obama had both houses his first two years. Biden had Congress and a 2 seat minority in Senate.
Neither threw unfriendly media out of access to the government. Neither signed actions targeting law firms that worked for the other party. Neither ignored court orders and called judges illegal activists. Neither called for suspension of the Constitution. Neither bypassed Congress to control the budget. Neither fired attorney generals without replacements to stop legal review of dept actions. Neither appointed someone to a position with full government access without Senate approval or security clearance. Neither had private dinners with the highest bidder. Neither grabbed people off the street, jailed & deported without stating a crime. Neither extorted businesses and colleges to restrict free speech.
Who did ALL of the above things that attack the first amendment? Trump. Facts.
What DID they do with that power? With Congress, Obama passed ACA. With Congress, Biden passed the CHIPS Act and Inflation Recovery Act.

Congrats and thsnks for your fine list! Maybe I'll dredge up the energy to type in the entire "walrus and Carpenter" or exerpts from Lewis Carrol's Through The Looking Glass as a tribute to our new admin and Mad Hatter. It seems to have all come true. Caloo Calley! The author Mr Dodgson would enjoy the ascendance of fantasy over mathematics. Oh frabjous day!

You forgot being sued in over 65 cases for unconstitutional executive actions and losing damn near every court ruling thus far.
Trump has the worst record with executive orders in US history because they are illegitimate, absurd or illegal. His executive orders are a construct of his hate fueled, dementia fantasy world

I don’t care about deporting non-citizens if they criticize Trump. We shouldn’t let in any (on visas or green cards with path to citizenship) who oppose / criticize Trump and MAGA. The only bad thing is the tariffs / markets down 10% in 2 days.
Yes, the PhD’s in gender studies must be so enlightened.
And nothing says intelligence and success like a 28 year old PhD who lives with her parents and can't feed herself...
When you can't dispute facts, you make up a fantasy argument that you also can't back up. FYI, well educated lawyers are walloping Trump in courts on his executive orders at
>90% success rate. Trump is going after colleges because the educated can see how unlawful and self contradictory he is.and are speaking out. His plan is to cut colleges to make most people have exceptionally poor critical thinking skills as most of his supporters have.
