Here, let me help you out a little bit. When folks post here, they don't necessarily write out every little detail. People assume that readers know this and will not focus on the things that could have been included but were left out in the interest of brevity.
For example, when someone would like to make the point that tax policies should help out the less well off, or the middle class, or everyone . . . they may say something short like "This tax cut goes to the rich" rather than saying "This tax cut benefits primarily the wealthy when we should be focusing on (take your pick - the middle class, the poor, everyone . . .)."
You see, it is assumed that readers are intelligent enough to know that saying these tax cuts help the wealthy is short-hand for saying that they disproportionately help the wealthy and we need to focus on helping the non-wealthy more. Sorry if some readers are not sufficiently intelligent to understand this.

For example, when you want to make the point that "low level worker's wages are too low", do you say "CEO salaries are too high" instead? Of course not, you say "low level worker's wages are too low" because that is the opinion/fact you are trying to convey.
I agree with the poster who stated that there is a lot of wealth envy here. Sure, the Trump tax cuts don't go far enough in helping the middle and lower class. However, if that is your point, frame it that way, not that the cuts help the wealthy too much. It makes you look petty and envious.
