FM's recorded split from 5k to 10k is 20:17 (6:33 pass). From the first 'stretching photo' until FMs running photo is 56 seconds. So his actually running time from 5k to 10k would have to have been closer to 19:21 (6:15 pace).
For context, the US 70-74 5k age group record is 18:43.

It would probably be useful to have a video of the all of these shots spliced together, with the stretching figure in the background circled, as was done with the sequence of shots leading up to the 25k mark. (I also liked the later version of that video with Sister Sledge singing "Frankie," but that's probably not appropriate for a video that may be provided to, for example, a race director or news organization.)

Reading Meza’s explanation in that Canadian Running article really pissed me off. This nut is never going to admit that he is a lying psycho. He should be exposed in his workplace and at the school he coaches at. Whoever heard of someone breaking age group records who just doing it for fun. His version for CIM makes it seem like it was just some weird occurrence.

I really LOL'ed at Frank's offer to wear a GPS watch and share his results on Strava next time. I already know what he's planning:
1. Make a color copy of the bib and pin it securely to his clothes, so that people will stop asking about the bib belt.
2. Put the real bib on the ol' bib belt and get a relay team of bib mules to hide it under their clothes, while running as bandits at 6:30ish pace. If he can find one real low 2:50s runner, then he won't need a team.
3. Have the bib mules (if used) hand off the GPS watch and the bib belt.
4. Wait along the course at a few photo spots. When he sees his bib mule coming, jump in and run with them for the photographer. Then he gets his photo taken with a number securely pinned to his chest.
5. Hop into the car and repeat as necessary. Make sure to cross the finish line near the last bib mule.
I was looking through the London Marathon finish chute photos, and well....who knew?

Can you extend it out with the entire sequence of pictures from that camera from the time that we first see Frank stretching (or anything else) on the side of the street through the time that Frank and the guy in orange pass by the camera? Also, circle Frank in each shot so that everyone knows what we're looking at from the outset.
