Slapping a bunch of tariffs on countries at random and hoping that companies bring manufacturing back to the US is idiotic fantasy. Clearly such a policy is coupled with extensive funding for trade schools so we have people qualified to work these jobs when they come back, a huge increase in scientific funding to support all the high tech jobs that are going to come back (or are those going to H1-B visas?), and an increase in social safety nets to support people during the possibly short-term (but more likely long term) pain the tariffs caused. No? None of those things are happening because Trump’s policies are pulled from whatever nutjob he watched on Tik-Tok last night.

It’s fine if you want to rage against the rich, so you can have fun standing alongside the AOC socialists and the Bernie Bros as you do so. But tariffs, or reconfigured trade agreements based on the threat of reciprocal tariffs, are not going to fix that problem.
