Yeah no chance you've won anything that matters. Not saying you have to be a gifted recruiter but don't act like it's easy. Otherwise everyone would have a "championship" like you.
If you understand some sales basics, can communicate with people effectively, and are organized, it is easy to do. But in order to advance your program to a high level , you also have to 1) be diligent and consistent, 2) have a strong product to sell, 3) have some institutional advantages over your competition.
You're making it out to be some high-level skill that it just is not. The high school coach who posted earlier is correct, most college coaches who fail at recruiting are just lazy, inconsistent and poor communicators.
But please, keep talking. Keep revealing that you've probably never actually recruited and you're making assumptions from afar.

Have heard she could land somewhere in Minnesota - St Thomas, who is now a D1, is very much in play. Really no telling, very interesting move at the end of June. Assuming something is in place.

Tim Hall to Oregon. Abby Steiner (although with Puma) signed a 2 mill contract. Hall has a long history of NCAA champions that are marketed properly and get the big deals. All his athletes win in big moments.

Tim Hall would be great at Oregon! But let’s admit it. Until an official announcement is made no one has the slightest clue who will get hired at UO. It could be Elmo from Sesame Street for all we know, there’s no real info out there just like Vanhoy & Cal Poly

I could have sworn they renovated the track in 2020/2021. I actually spoke to Miller about competing at one of their home meets and it was then that he said that they wouldn't be hosting during the 2020/2021 season because of the renovations

I’m really curious about the revenue stream for all of the PAC12 programs now that ucla and usc are leaving. Is Oregon going to jump ship too?
Oregon doesn’t even know who the next HC will be the week before the World Championships that are hosted at Oregon. Leaving the PAC-12 should be the last thing on their mind.

why would the head track coach matter? They have tons of other staff in place and IAAF will be running the show. Do you think the track staff is putting the meet on? lol
