Colorado HC pay range will be 116-175k. This per their posting on CU website. Tells you what you need to know about their commitment or lack there of to this position. Sure, good money - but, they are paying twice that at Kansas State, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, etc and Boulder has the entire cost of living thing to think about. My thought is that because of the pay range that they hire or promote within and then sort out distance coach.
