Wrong. Trump's IQ is higher than 78. It was probably like 105-110 until the last few years, when it's fallen to 90-95 range. That happens to a lot of old people.
I've always found SAT/ACT scores to be better gauges of a person's intelligence and suitability for tasks. Think about how much more efficient our society would be if you knew everyone's SAT/ACT scores up front. You would know exactly at what level to engage with a person. Even here on a message board, you could tailor your responses to the other poster's level and stop wasting time trying to explain things that certain people will never be able to grasp.
