I was a troll on Robin Young's page questioning his pbs. I got plenty of stick on there but all his times have disappeared from wiki.

She has also been shown to be someone who cuts pretty fast and loose with her distances run. She posted about running 40 miles yesterday then ran 35. How many of those 53 marathons were short

This 400 miles was supposed to be about running round the Island. The cycle route around Palma I found was over 70 miles and she only did 40. Nowadays with Google maps it's pretty easy to follow.

Does anyone really believe she did 53 marathons in 53 days it just does not come across.

I can understand that this is not a record attempt but she's not coming close to running the distance she has printed over her kit. Now people are checking I can't see her going for any records in future.

Trolling? The problem was people asking her to provide evidence of her world record claims. She couldn't because the claims were not true. Tough shit Amy, you brought it on yourself. Drop the world record claims and nobody will pay the slightest bit of attention to you, keep claiming to be a world class athlete and people will keep questioning you.

I work in fitness and there are LOADS of of instagram runners out there just like this, and Amy is very good at it. All you have to do (if you're good looking) is post photos of yourself adjacent to some sort of sunset/nature/whatever; combine it with some sort of emotive caption and about 8,000 hashtags, and BAM, you get thousands of followers and lucrative sponsorship deals.

I think this is her genuinely running and trying her hardest, which would be absolutely fair enough and probably quite inspiring to a new runner, trying to build up confidence. Also, credit where it's due, 36 miles (or whatever it was) is quite a good effort for a day's effort. The problem we've got here, is that it's all based (and quite possibly funded) through fraudulent claims of being the worlds best female endurance runner. You can't do that and expect people to never question you. She calls it "trolling" but mostly, it's just been genuine people asking questions about her difficult to believe achievements.

I was also going to stop posting here but s combination of her hypocritically abusive fanclub her constant complaining about trolls but more importantly her performance in this run has kept me interested. She seems to have scanty realisation of he importance of distances when it comes to running. 40 miles tomorrow - 34 mile DONE yay!

Agreed. Simply asking for evidence of her 53 invented marathons and claimed record on the treadmill is hardly bullying or trolling.

But ask her about the evidence re these stunts and her fanboys DO bully and troll these people.

Assuming the gross income for the charity will be over £25,000, the accounts would need to be independently audited. To attain tax free status, the income must apply to charitable purposes.

Corporate sponsorship is tax deductible so it'll come out of gross profit.

Goood evening gang! Sorry it's a late one! As Im writing this eating my cheese and crisp butties I bet you are either getting ready to go out or drinking beer on the sofa!

So about today...it's been a good day today, somewhere between 36.5-37.5(I accidentally stopped my strava) done. I actually feel quite proud of myself today-I managed to navigate myself from one side of the island to the other without getting lost, falling over whilst keeping the selfie photography under 100 photos per hour!

A lot of lessons have been learnt today though, Amy runners may find these useful!

Lesson one;

If your going to do a Paula radcliffe at least try and hold it until your off a busy main road.

Lesson 2;

Also if your doing a Paula Radcliffe, pulling your shorts to the side just doesn't work(TMI sorry guys)

Lesson 3;

If your running past swamps-run faster or you get bitten to s***

Lesson 3;

If your refuelling with cheese and crisp butties at least get decent bread 🙈

And lesson 4;

If you get barked at by dogs, just standing there for about 20 minutes won't help your case ether way!

The thing to keep in mind is the following— the cheats can maintain believers and they can act like they are victims, and they can claim victory. But LRC has a pretty good track record for denying these folks continued claims of greatness.

What has Rob Young done since being outed? Dave Reading? Mike Rossi? See my point? I doubt we’ll see any more world record claims from Amy.
