To the best of my knowledge, none of the major orgs followed up. So the skinny girls have made sure his story gets told...to the judge.

As a neighbor, a move would be good for all around. One correction though, plenty of people know of Rossi outside of the area. Many moons ago you could relocate a bit easier if you had a shady or criminal past, a simpler time when such things as record expungements were more effective hiding nefarious activities.
