I just don't buy this arrest thing. I'm a Brit, would they really arrest you in America for that? Here, they'd pull you over (a day after the call was made of course, as our police hate turning out when called) and if you just got your phone out and showed them Mimi's website and where it says come and join us, i'm quite sure our police wouldn't arrest you, just warn you not to drive dangerously and to stop following them if it was dangerous.

It's unlikely the person would have been arrested.

Based on what Tim wrote, I assumed he was telling the truth when he said the police showed up. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt when they said someone was "arrested" and thought maybe someone was detained. I doubt the team had time to stay in one spot and wait to see the outcome with law enforcement. Arrests take time.

If it happened as they claimed, and they were worried for Mimi's safety, wouldn't they have taken video to be used as evidence? Why don't they post that?
