Are you claiming that there are NOT two black males in that pic? There are. Middle of the table on the right in a blue shirt and far end of table in a jacket.
Or maybe you are claiming two is not enough in order to have a diverse cabinet? Minnesota is 7% black, so probably about 3.5% black males. There are about 40 people around that table. 3.5% of 40 is 1.4. So, 2 black males doesn't seem wildly disproportionate in either direction.
