in GA the election board says the state has to manually count votes.
which is just meant to slow the process and make it undoable. So the state can't certify and the electoral college fails.

GOP demands long unnecessary delays in counting ballots. Even forbidding getting a jump and counting ahead of time.
Then they claim it’s all rigged because ballots are taking too long to count.

Just shameless evil. They want the Georgia legislature to choose the GA electors, not the voters.
Hand-counting 5.5 million votes would require time and staffing that local jurisdictions do not have, and when the votes can’t be counted on time the Trumpers will claim the election defaulted.
