Another great question. It was a little of both. Paul's a good coach. Tough job.
What difference does it make. You want the job apply for it. Holloway is very demanding, but fair. Be careful what you wish for.

My guess for Maxwell is Cappos. He left Iowa after not being next in line. Smart man, tremendous Coach, very well respected.
Nebraska will most likely replace Coach Maxwell with another coach with ties to the program that can help with either sprints or jumps. Coach Martin and Coach Cappos will not replace or absorb Coach Maxwell's position. Nebraska is funded well enough to afford six paid full time coaches.
So what is the deal with mercer. No track, no indoor season, no support? Is it the ultimate die on the vine track program?
