The 272 days of training phase II. On February 14,2007.I ran the same course with timing of 184 minutes.
Today I did run today with time of 124 minutes.What is that tells you? Give me an answer by the end of today.

Malmo question "when did you start running?" I started running when I was 18 years-old.
Winning race in my district until I joint army in 1973. Before then I was a soccer player.
