1) Not everyone knows that there was no collusion. In fact, most believe there likely was, and the investigation is still on-going, so you don't get to declare there was no collusion as fact. To call it a hoax when Don Jr. clearly wanted to collude and there are so many connections to Russia is crazy. Depending on what you consider a country in this world, there are between 189 and 196 countries on Earth. Why does everyone associated with Trump have connections to ONE country? Odd beyond belief if there was no coordinated effort to effect the election.
2) If you are so innocent and sure of that and you want to get this past you (as you should if you are innocent), then you should want to talk to Mueller as soon as possible, not say, "well, I need to talk to the lawyers" or say that there isn't a need. Such BS and the behavior of someone who is guilty. And, of course just more bravado that has turned out to be false.
Trump is a bad person. He has done some very illegal things, and he obviously knows it or he would have scheduled a time to talk to Mueller yesterday.

I would ask my liberal friends here to reverse the situation and imagine how they would react if white supremacists showed up at a Black Lives Matter rally and literally beat them into silence while the cops stood by and let it happen. Then, as the two parties were dispersing, a BLM guy drove his car into the supremacists and killed one. How would you judge the BLM killer?
But I won't ask that because I know that my liberal friends are incapable of this kind of thinking. They can not use their imagination to put themselves in the other guy's shoes because the SJW agenda comes before principles. DG, your tact seems to be finding at least 2 people in the protesters that are "very fine people" so that you can argue that Trump's statement was factually correct. Sure, there may have been 2 art history majors from the local college going out for a stroll that day and didn't know thy were in the middle of a white supremacy protest. Unlikely, but that isn't the point.
Trump's statement was offensive not from the literal sense, but because it equated the causes of white supremacists to those that oppose them. If you don't think that's what happened, just look at the response from the white supremacists. They were overjoyed by Trump's response. They thought Trump had legitimized their cause. And obviously, the counter protestors were abhorred by the his statement. So both the protesters and the counter protestors agree on the intent of Trump's message.
And to say that all of the counter protestors were violent is ridiculous. One of the major organizers of the counter protest was the National Council of Churches. Is this an organization that generally promotes violence?
