What's that?
Physical power differential—men have greater physical strength than women (though not strength in terms of endurance)—generally. This, along with entitlement by men, based on historical treatment of women as chattel of men, has lead to victimization of women with corresponding fear and shame. Not that this cannot happen from woman to man or man to man, but the imbalance causes the man to woman to predominate.
Seriously, do you live in this world?
The ingredients of the offence in law do not make any distinction according to gender. A "power imbalance" does not figure in the legal equation with respect to this or any other criminal matter. That is what the principle of equality before the law means. Hence, women who commit the offence are just as culpable as men. I know for a fact (from personal experience and other men who have told me of their own experiences) that there are women who also indulge in what the man in this case is accused of. It occurs much more often than you might think. Would you be happy to see them similarly prosecuted?
