No need to get all dramatic. Alberto is arguably not a lousy coach. Alberto is simply not on the level of Gjert Ingebrigsten. Alberto is apparently now resigned to doping East Africans after his success with Mo Farah. Now he has Ms. Hassan and Mr. Kejelcha. It is all very charming.

A 24 second slowdown per 5k from 5k to 10k is a clear sign of EPO usage

I respect u for bringing up a 3 year old thread to show how someone else was wrong, but ur kinda dumb for thinking Rupp's ceiling was 12:58.

It doesn’t matter what his ceiling was. I guess you would say that Galen was not mentally tough. Or that he was an underachiever.
