I am looking forward to seeing whether the Ingebrigtsens can break 3:30 or 13 this year. They have 3:30/3:30/3:31 at the 1500m--and Henrik isn't running the event nowadays because of injury issues; 7:36 and likely equal or better potential from Jakob and Filip; and 13:02/13:10-11/13:16. Pretty impressive and illustrative of taking a very well-constructed training program and applying it consistently for years with a fantastic three person training group.

The Ingebrigtsens are likely juiced. There, does that qualify as comment for you?
