Man at the gym tells me he is "using" the equipment I'm on when he was no where to be found

You got to give him/her credit for his/her commitment however, his/her posts alone are like 4 pages. It's probably just meant to be an indirect satire to the feminazi culture as a whole. If that was the case, it was genious, because the number of bites is crazy. Made for a good laugh at least.

It’s sad that you cannot see the truth in what I am saying but I guess I’m not really surprised since this website is full of a bunch of mediocre men who think it’s an accomplishment to be faster or stronger than a female.

Update: saw this man at the gym again last week. This time he was on the actual bench press (not the smith machine) benching the bar with no weight on it. Dude is probably in his thirties. You fools still think he's probably in better shape than me??

if he didn't ask you to spot for him, he probably thinks you couldn't handle it. In which case, yes, I think you're probably in worse shape than him, based on this simple fact.

I can bench over 300 lbs (nothing special, I know) and I start every workout warming up with an empty bar. And I’ll routinely take 3-5 minute rests before especially heavy sets. So what?

Do you know anything about lifting? I’m being serious here- do you have any actual experience with it? There are a lot of different approaches to getting stronger and they’re pretty much all valid in some way (except for supersetting bench presses with dips ?).

I often super set my dips with slowly dragging a bench back and forth across the floor. The pump is unbelievable.
