In the article it says it's the only picture from the two ascents.
It had the caption «T-A=0», meaning, "Talk minous Action equals Zero"

I don't read Spanish, but I know enough to see large question marks surrounding the title, which I have to guess reads "Is this the/a picture of K. Journet on Everest?" (i.e. on the summit).
If I'm right (and I definitely might not be), it seems like this article doesn't clear anything up. Also, the picture itself is very uninformative. Unless there's something I'm missing, it doesn't seem to clarify anything.

No, it reads "Is this the photo of Kilian Jornet on Everest?" Taken as, you have got to be kidding.
Also it has, "el fondo es absolutamente negro, con lo que resulta imposible distinguir en dónde está." This translates to. "the photo os absolutely black, which results in being impossible to distinguish where he is."

Yes, exactly. If I take a picture of my wife and I while we're at a friend's wedding, that doesn't mean I've taken a 'wedding photo.' Likewise, that may or may not be a picture taken at the summit, but it's definitely not a 'summit picture.'

Jornet has a lot of money behind him, his trips aren't cheap. Both Solomon and Suunto are owned by Amer Sports. Not a small company. I don't like Dan's chances against those guys. Not that I like Dan, but this time he's finally gone after someone with some serious corporate backing. It's easy to go after climbers who are generally notoriously broke and certainly don't have the money or inclination to hire lawyers. I'm going to guess this all goes away.

Corliss explicitly admits to blindly trusting Jillian in his article. Then he responds like a smug fanboy dismissing well-articulated reader concerns regarding Corliss's mountaineering expertise (or lack therof).
I wouldn't expect Corliss's podcast to be balanced or particularly persuasive to skeptics-
