Did you provide any times with links within the past year?
I've been seeing the name Brett Arthur Merkel near the top of a lot of results lately. I hear he used to be a big football player, but he lost a lot of weight and is now an up and coming player on the Arlington Road Racing scene.
Jeff Olenick kicking some butt at the Annapolis ten miler. Time to update the ranking soon.
I know he's outside of the DC area and that's all that appears to be on there, but you might want to think about adding Aaron Saft to that list. He's run mid 14's for 5k and low 30's or thereabouts for 10k. A couple recent results are below and he's run some 15 min 5k's recently also.
Chuck Moeser (sp?) is back, having run well at both Leesburg and Annapolis in the past two weeks.
Moeser's great for his age, but a 35 min 10k and a 58 min ten miler doesn't compare to the other guys on that list. Maybe if there was master's rankings.
Christo Landry
Bobby Lockhart
Fleet Hower
Definitely slap hurt and jacoby up on that list. Where is team blitz from?
I think Chris Raabe moved up this list Yesterday

Brandon Boyer
Are we only going with Metro DC People here?
If not, what about Pete Breckenridge from Norfolk? He has only recently began competitively running again, but placed in the top 10 in the Shamrock Marathon (2:30), has won some 10K's and 8k's and won the JFK 50 Miler (in just over 6 hours) and Holiday Lakes 50K. If you need more info, do a Google Search
I'd say Allen Carr needs to be slapped somewhere high on that list.
RunWashington has a list that has been updated within thee last 2 years:
Have to second the post for Jaron Hawkins- in his two most recent races, he won the Great Allegany Run 15k in 45:48 (2:34 ahead of Nick Gramsky who you have as #30 on your list) and finished 3rd @ Marine Corps (2:25). This guy is the real deal.
What about David Berdan?? Baltimore, 2:23 marathon.
