Question for Nick,
Why not sign it, race at worlds, and wear your brooks stuff when you feel it is not contracted? As you said there is no terms of what constitutes an official team function. It seems like it is up to you as much as it is up to them outside of the required team practices, meetings, and competitions. If they try to hit you with a violation of your contract it seems like you would be able to fight the same battle as you are now, but with the possibility of still racing.

This.. this is what I think he should have done. Act like last time and continue to blow off their 'wear our stuff everywhere' routine, plus if they take action when he's there they face the prospect of not being able to get a replacement in in addition to legal action.

Here's the letter from USATF requiring ONLY team usa/Nike/non branded gear be packed.

This wasn't signed and agreed to by the athletes- the Statement of Conditions was.
Nick's next career move should be a sex tape, perhaps with Will Lear, then a realty show, Douchbags of Springfield. The sex tape could begin with Nick taking chewed Rungum from his mouth and seductivly placing it in Will's mouth. Then a rehab reality show for some kind of addiction. He can wear a Brooks rope to the morning therapy session. Great PR moves till to the big one: marrying Jenner. Then a reality show of them adopting a child from some shytty third world country, perhaps England. During the show Nick could get caught calling Kanye the "n word" and his fame would skyrocket. Then, he develop Cumgum that tastes like male egaculate for the gay market. Tests on women will mostly reveal they quickly spit it out. Nick is then a certified celebrity. Mission accomplished.
