The beauty of running is that it doesn't require a lot of money like cycling or triathlon or golf. Blue collar running is just a celebration of this fact. Ultimately, all you need are a decent pair of shoes and the heart to get out there and train.

Interesting. I can concede that perhaps I'm wrong here. Maybe I have an odd experience. My priviledged boss (he makes over 100k per year and is WHITE, drinks Cognac and we always give him some for Christmas each year. My family always has Cognac at Christmas also, and we're white and yuppie. Also, Charles Emerson Winchester III always drank it, but perhaps that was before it went ghetto.
