I think Ricky Flynn has become a sort of.. Jason Rexing.
Stop trying to give this guy celebrity status. Talk of Flynn and his vagina is more like the talk of Brian Butzler and his leg speed.
1:55, but please do not call me son.

I'm just pointing out what I'm seeing.
if you've seen my vagina, you're a very special man

How about.. Lynchburg sucks.
has Flynn even raced yet?
If not, I think this constitutes proof that the vagina is real.
The Mid-Atlantic looks very tough, again.
Dominant effort by La Crosse yesterday at Griak...if they can finally figure out how to peak they'll be right up there at nationals.
Ok now this thread is on track

whats the course up like at Williams? Anyone ever run there? Seems like a pretty tough/slow course
its a pretty slow course. They had regionals there last year so you can compare times. It looks like Williams now has two Kenyans that will be tough but overall I was not impressed with how they ran. Perlis was way back there, if he is an All American again they could have three guys up there which would make them a threat as a team. Chaffee looked fantastic he is set for big things it appears.
wtf how does williams get these kenyans?
some nice results at griak...lacrosse looks pretty good esp with the FR (transfer i believe??). Hows the course? It was on a golf course but it seems a bit hilly from what I can see from flotrack
The Griak course is very hilly. It also rained a lot the day before so it was a little wet and muddy.

Who is this freshman that won Griak???
Paul Short this weekend at Lehigh. The gold race should be pretty good, 6 ranked D3 teams. Might be a nice little Mid-Atlantic vs Atlantic showdown (minus Geneseo (AR2), NYU(AR4), and Carnegie Mellon(MA3)).
Gold race:
Allegheny(MA1)
Cortland(AR1)
Dickinson(MA2)
Haverford(MA4)
Plattsburgh(AR5)
St. Lawrence(AR3)
and lots of good DI teams
