this brings up a good ? How do you classify a "Kansan"?
does it mean: born and raised there? does it mean: went to high school in Ks....or college? lived there for 20 years, post college? very confusing.
Charlie ran 2 years of high school in Ks, moving from Philly, went to college in Mo., set most of his road racing PRs while living in Westwood, Ca and Lee's Summit, Mo.
Mark Rabuse from PSU, was born and raised in MO., went to college in Ks., where he set some good PRs and made multi-all american teams.
I was born and raised in Ks, went to school in Ks, but set all of my road PRS while living in Santa Monica, Ca.
Or, how about the 'guy' who moves to Kansas, post college and then sets alot of great times?
As you can see from this example, it's kinda confusing.
I would think if you graduated from a Ks. high school, that you would qualify; but the rest 'gets fuzzy'.
Any opinions?
