I’m no fan of Draymond Green. I believe he’s overrated, and I hate how much attention he gets from the media. But there’s no denying he was an important part of that Warriors team.
Yeah he was important but his suspension was inevitable the way he was acting so it is amusing to me to phrase it as his opponents being lucky about the obvious happening.
What is hilarious is that LeBron haters say he got lucky green was suspended. But those same guys won't say green or curry were lucky in 2015 when LeBrons help Kyrie and Love were injured and couldn't play. Also ironically same people who love to remind you who he played with will just list Kevin love and Kyrie among every other notable player LeBron played with as of they were all his teammates at the same time in THEIR prime. Or was Draymond lucky when he called KD who he beat in a 3-1 comeback to come play for them and he actually joined which normally something like this would NEVER EVER happen.
Furthermore Draymond goes out LeBron scores 41. Draymond comes back game 7 and LeBron AND Kyrie score 41. Lucky where??
Not many comments here talking actual basketball. Just bad faith arguments

I want to hear more about this hand-checking the 1980s/90s point guards, shooting guards and small forwards would do to stop LeBron. That has to be the worst take among many bad takes.
🤣🤣🤣
What is funny is recently on a podcast Penny Hardaway even admitted hand checking isn't stopping downhill guards.
Who is the best downhill player of all time?? Lebron and he was a forward most of his career. 6'8 260, running faster jumping higher than majority of the league.

Wow… the LeBronnies still haven’t come up with anything meaningful?? LOL
Everyone needs to watch this video. Confirms everything we already knew. Despite being in a deliberate no-defense era his entire career, LeBron is an inferior scorer, inferior shooter (his shooting from “outside 3 feet” is hilariously bad- the stats provided toward the end of the video are wild- he’s even WORSE in the clutch mind you), is an inferior defender, pathetically flops all the time (funny how his 6’9” / 265 lbs stature evaporates sometimes LOL), and has a 4-6 Finals record (including 4 of the most lopsided losses in NBA history!).
The 80s/90s were such a better era of basketball… looks at the defense, the physicality, the interior passing,… why did they turn such a beautiful game into all 3-pointers and dunks?? Sad.
Seems like only yesterday lebron tried to trademark taco Tuesday. Shame. Hey, I like tacos too but did lebron actually think he came up with that? LOL......
Lebron James is a... Better Perimeter shooter Better passer Better Rebounder More efficient scorer More versatile defender More valuable player More durable player Has played 10x harder competition ... Lebron has had the longest prime ever Lebron has more points Lebron has more assists Lebron has more rebounds Lebron has a better fg % Lebron has a higher 3pt % Lebron has a higher box score +/- Lebron has a more value over replacement Lebron has been to more nba finals Lebron has more EVERYTHING in the playoffs The ONLY thing mj has on Lebron is he scored more (inefficiently compared to Lebron)
LeBron is a more valuable player. When LeBron left the Cavs, they were a lottery pick in the draft the next season. When mj left the bulls, they went from 57 wins to 55 wins
Michael Jordan was a... Better scorer Better clutch player Better offensive rebounder Better perimeter defender Better ball handler and protector More valuable player More durable player (played 80+games in a season more times than LeBron) More ruthless competitor Played in a 10x more physical league ... Jordan had a higher peak Jordan has more championships Jordan has more regular season MVP awards Jordan has more Finals MVP awards Jordan has more Defensive Player of the Year recognition Jordan has more All-Defensive Team selections Jordan has more scoring titles Jordan has more steals titles Jordan has more points/game Jordan has more steals/game Jordan has more blocks/game Jordan has more offensive rebounds/game Jordan has a higher free throw % Jordan has a higher Player Efficiency Rating Jordan has more Win Shares per 48 Minutes Jordan has a higher Offensive Box Plus/Minus Jordan has a higher Defensive Box Plus/Minus Jordan has a higher Box Plus/Minus
Jordan is the most valuable player. The MVP trophy is literally named after him. Jordan destroyed his competitors. LeBron joined his competitors' teams.

Jordan never forced his no-talent kid onto an NBA roster.
If Bronny James was teleported to the 90s he'd be a 10x MVP. They couldn't dribble a basketball back then, they couldn't shoot 3s, nobody guarded the perimeter, nobody contested shots, etc... You can go on YT and watch back the games, every single player was terrible.
5'3 Muggsy Bogues was starting on a basketball team. The game of basketball has evolved. The kids getting drafted in the class of 2026 have been playing high-level competitive basketball since they were kids. MJ couldn't even make his high school team.
