He seems to be seriously over the hill. One of my favorite runners.

Holloway can look at Allen Johnson as a good example. Johnson won gold in 1995, 1996, and 1997. Then, at the age of 28 (which is what Holloway will turn in November), Johnson didn't break 13 and had to withdraw from the 1999 WC due to injury. He finished fourth at the 2000 Olympics, then after turning 30, won gold in 2001 and 2003.
