Lying about your age only makes sense if you can't win senior competitions and (ab)use the system to win competitions meant for younger people. Once you are winning senior competitions, you're better off making way more money competing with the seniors ...
It matters in the context of comparing him to Jacob and others at 18 and when trying measure potential.
Nothing to say. Just here with my popcorn watching the meltdowns 🍿 😎
I'm here for the incessant white wine, the copium and the creeping doubt beginning to emerge about how "europeans and americans were going to dominate the middle distances". At least they enjoyed it while it lasted, however brief it will be.

It also matters because he competed in the World U20 championships last year and reached the final, thus robbing somebody who really was U20 of a place. And anybody who thinks a guy who age cheats to compete in the World junior championships is running clean as he blows everybody away on his first senior races, is clearly exceptionally deluded.

Kenyan middle-distance is in a poor state aside from these two Beradelli athletes, which itself clearly indicates something is going on at that camp. If Beradelli and the doping of Wanyonyi and Koech is uncovered, Kenya would surely (finally) be banned.
Passant said exactly the same thing 5 years ago when Katir was (suddenly) rising. This will probably end the same way.

Beradelli
Just beyond your capabilities, Stupvett. Way beyond.
Take your scatplay somewhere else. We don’t need to see posts from someone who revels in rolling in and chewing on excrement. Come back when you learn to live without handouts from Whitey. Now go back to schul.
I think most people are annoyed that he had the unmitigated temerity to celebrate before crossing the line against a world class field given there's a 99.97% chance he's hitting the juice harder than the late Rich Piana. Like, if you're going to cheat, at least have the gumption to act surprised or tired when winning a diamond league against the last two world champions.
Look sir, I'm the RF King on LRC, a physics space-time specialist, you can trust my curated opinions and their subjective biases alright!!!!!!!!! I'm telling you now that Koech is unconditionally clean, his performances are legitimate you feelin me?????????????
I understand the space-time of 1500m better than anyone else on earth and I'm not boasting, I employ a TOTAL view of the sport and its interaction with mind, body, spirit and environment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Koech is only 18-19, very youthful and innocent, Kerr is 28, in the twilight zone of his career and he would be happy with a 3:29 in a non-championship race, he still has time to improve for Tokyo I wouldn't bet on him running another 3:27 after 2 rounds of heats and semi-finals because he is 28, not 25 or 23!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Decline is rapid at the top levels of sport due to unprecedented RF and chemical pollution in our environment which also pollutes our central nervous systems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kerr failed to win the race which is an extremely important element of 1500m dominance. I rather Kerr won in 3:31 than lose in 3:29.
Koech though has a terrible run technique for the 1500m, I say it here first, HE WILL NOT LAST LONG, the sport is absolutely unforgiving to athletes with inefficient running technique. Of the East Africans, only Bernard Lagat (clean) and Noah Ngeny (clean) had the most efficient techniques ever and that's why both were legendary milers next to of course EL Kingdom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Koech will not last long in this sport, I don't even think he gets the WR because he is too lanky and generates too much lateral motion but he gets away with it because he has the energy to compensate for it because he is young duh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don’t we all miss the days of the evergreen Bernard Lagat and his cute little kids trackside? I remember one particular Flotrack vid that gets my saliva watering. It was the one entitled “3:26:40” and every time I watch that vid so much nostalgia just course through my chakras or lymph nodes so to speak. I have never seen a man so forthright, gentlemanly, emotionally steady and mature as him apart from El G himself. There is a trace of unspeakable macho honor and dignity in the voice tones and overall behavior of undoped legends like Lagat and El G, those that you struggle to strangle out of the Fishers, Shockers and Nuguses and even Kerrs and Jakobs.
Being an overall fantastic human being seems to be an indispensable spiritual requirement of legendary miling ability without the cheat shoes and tracks to boot. People can disagree with us both but it speaks to their ignorance and rampant moral failures than ours.
we set space-time benchmarks of metaphysical behavior and performance and encourage others to follow suit for their own good.

Coevett has been a positive influencer on LRC while myself I influence the physics side of things but always with an inkling of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Coevett being a complex spiritual being may not always speak directly and may need to use aphorisms and metaphors to bring home his point. His point is that Kenyans are generally untrustworthy athletes whether or not Phanuel and Wanyonyi is clean. They are always looked upon with cynicism and wariness.

And he is tooo stuupid to write simple names correctly. Combined with his incapablity to think rationally and with his bias (natural limit for Kenyans is 3:35) you have a dangerous combination.
Everyone has the right to believe in fairy tales. Yes, they may have all of these gifts to allows them to beat all the best runners in the world and make it look like a jog. But how many Kenyan busts have there been? And with the 'magic' progression of all of these Kenyan athletes, how likely is it they are clean?
